All adult bicycle rentals come with a combination lock, a basket, and a recommended helmet (to be picked up and sized in the store).

No, Isle Cycle rentals are never allowed on the beach. The damage caused by the beach on the bikes will result in damage fees being assessed up to and including the full replacement cost of the bike.

Whether booked online or in the store, you should receive a booking confirmation. If you haven't seen your confirmation, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still do not see a confirmation, please call us at 252-888-5858 so that we can ensure that we have the correct email address on file.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

When making your booking, you are asked to provide a credit card to confirm your reservation. Like a hotel, this merely holds the reservation. You will not be charged until the day your reservation is set to begin. We will call that morning to take final payment. We will need your credit card number again at that time as we do not save unsecured credit card information, for your protection.

If your rental bike is being delivered on Emerald Isle, delivery is free. If you're in Salter Path, Indian Beach, Atlantic Beach, or the mainland, there will be a delivery fee assessed. Please call for delivery rates. For Pedego Electric Bike rentals, there is always a delivery fee.

Due to the importance of a good fit, we cannot deliver helmets. We want to make sure your helmet is comfortable and secure, so head on over to our shop! Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect helmet for your head size and riding style. Let's get you rolling safely and in style!
